A big part of being a Masters athlete is about being active, it is what we know and love. However, as the number of COVID-19 infections increase we need to makes sure that we are being safe and practicing social distance.
How to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.
Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible.
Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Stay home if you feel unwell.
If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.
We are calling all other codes to join SAMSA. Membership fees are R 500. 00 per annum, per code. ALL CODES ARE WELCOME!
(A friendly reminder that membership fees are payable before 31 st March every year for each code)
